Before sending a check or m/o please contact us regarding your interest in an item(s), explaining which one and all appropriate information like, color, tune, movement size, etc.... We will then let you know how to proceed and verify availability and totals. If paying by credit card, go right ahead and process your order on line by tapping the order button next to the item. You may email us at any time if you have any questions and you will receive a fast response. We even accept Pay Pal, you will have this option within the check out, or you can even call us and we will send you a request for the funds, you don't have to do anything, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3!!!

| Return Policy |
- For purchases from January to end of November, please report any and all returns within 10 days of merchandise arrival (no exceptions). PLEASE NOTE, DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, WE HAVE NO PROBLEM IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM OR ECXHANGE AFTER CHRISTMAS, AT ANY TIME AFTER, BUT NO LATER THEN JANUARY 20TH, of whatever year it is.
You are definitely guaranteed 100%, but our store policies must be followed for the 100% guarantee. Thank you very much for understanding!
- IMPORTANT...You MUST return the merchandise (even if damaged or not working) in the same condition as received, with original packing, without any writing on the box the items came in. If you tell us the box is not playing / bad movement, and return it with damage, we will not be able to get you a refund.
- We MUST be contacted before making any return for valid authorization.
- If the merchandise is not as described, a full refund will be issued, shipping possible will not be refunded.
- If merchandise is as described shipping will not be refunded and a 15% re-stocking fee may be applied. Please note that the only reason we have a restocking fee is because we spend at least 20 minutes to a few hours on each order due to customization. 50, 72 AND 144 NOTES ARE MOST DEFINITELY GOING TO BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE DUE TO THE VERY DIFFICULT CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS AND TIME IT TAKES TO MAKE, SHIP AND HANDLE SUCH ITEMS.
